Join us for a beautiful evening of healing and connection. Get ready to release the stress of the week, tune into yourself and find deep relaxation in amongst the chaos of modern life.
We will begin the evening with an opening circle, followed by guided breathwork to music and transitioning to a healing sound bath for the finale.
The gathering will be facilitated by Teresa Kristara and Philippa Wilkin and will take place in the peaceful and serene Quaker Hall on Butt Lane, Maldon.
The session is offered on a donation basis. The last few sessions have averaged a £10 -12 donation, but feel free to contribute what your heart desires in exchange for this 3 hour experience.
During the breathwork and sound healing you will be lying down on the floor. Please bring something comfortable to lay on e.g. a yoga mat or something more substantial, and a blanket, pillow etc to ensure you are comfortable.
Free herbal tea will be available at the end of the session.
Spaces are limited to 25 people – Booking required – click here to book your space
We look forward to seeing you there!
Philippa & Teresa
Please note this event is not recommended for those with sound induced epilepsy.
Note: We no longer reserve spaces for cash donation as unfortunately a number of people have not honoured their place, meaning others have missed out on joining us.

I’d never heard of breathwork as a practice before and was instantly intrigued. As someone who frequently suffers from anxiety and is easily stressed, I’m always open to alternative therapies that might be able to help.Once the session was over I felt like a weight had been lifted off me. I felt a lot more confident about myself, like my voice was a little bit louder and that I had the right to my own opinion – Leah Jane
Very powerful stuff. During the session I experienced incredible physical sensations and my mind travelled to another place. A very beautiful one, full of endless possibilities. I look forward to exploring this work further – Lisa

What is conscious connected breath?
Conscious connected breathwork is a safe, gentle, yet simple technique that helps you open up the full potential your breathing system for better physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. At its core, it teaches a pattern of conscious breathing using the diaphragm to return to our healthy, natural breath. Benefits can include increased energy, improved detoxification, better immune response and increased ability to deal with the stresses of daily life.
