I'm SO excited you're here and to dive into all things revolutionary, evolutionary and oh so human(!) over the next 7 weeks.
My philosophy has two parts:
1. Revolutionary
2. Evolutionary
Revolutionary - A Personal Revolution
Clearing out the past, recognising that we all have 'stuff' (emotions, thoughts, trauma etc) holding us back which needs to be addressed and healed (integrated). Let's call this PROGRAMMING, commonly picked up in childhood and for the most part unchanged. This is our unconscious programming that we don't even know we carry. During this time we work to clear that up so that you can become MORE SELF AWARE, KNOW WHAT YOU WANT, RECLAIM YOUR POWER, LEARN TO TRUST YOURSELF, HEAL THE PAST and create space for a new future.
Evolutionary - The Expansion Begins
Once the old is cleared away it's about creating the NEW VERSION OF YOU. The future version you've had glimpses of, but haven't quite been able to grasp or dream could be your reality. With this new space and awareness you will create a solid foundation for what you DO WANT TO CONSCIOUSLY CREATE. This is REPROGRAMMING the NEW YOU. Claim your SOVEREIGNTY, step into LEADERSHIP, INSPIRE OTHERS, TAKE ALIGNED ACTION and OWN YOUR PURPOSE. HOW IT WORKS
The group will run from 13th Dec until 31st January 2020 (7 weeks), I've not done this before and I'm not sure if I'll do it again!

The content format will be a combination of FB lives, Q&A, pre-recorded videos, written posts and potentially some live Zoom calls and interactive sessions. Watch this space as it's going to be an evolution and a grand experiment. I don't like being put in a box or following the rules, and I'm guessing neither do you, that's why you're here!
PRACTICALITIES
Times/days will vary and you don't have to be live in the moment to benefit from what is here, you can explore in your own time.

The way material comes through is often a stream of consciousness. I don't use scripts as it restricts the natural flow of information. I trust that what comes through is what needs to be shared at the time. If you have questions or want more info I'll answer directly in the group.
All content will be educational as well as practical so you can apply it yourself. The content and group will remain here for you to access after the finish date.
I'll be using some of the content created here in my online courses after the group officially ends.
