Breath Friday - A time to transmute our shadows, energise our bodies and light up the world!

Let’s face it, everyone’s on the consumer bandwagon with a multitude of bargains on sale right now. Quite frankly it’s boring and overdone. Quick fulfilment leads to a rapid sense of emptiness and often a spending hangover…. 


So instead, we propose a different question:


What if YOU are the real prize?


Knowing, loving and taking care of yourself?


Clearing any blocks and density that is holding you down and keeping you stuck, anxious and stressed - and instead claiming your freedom, peace and satisfaction - using tools that are available to you right now?


We would love to offer you an opportunity to do just that. 


Hence we came up with the idea BREATH FRIDAY - a special day for you to come fully alive and care for your precious self!


Join us for 2h and 22 minutes (give or take…) of movement, connection and a deep dive immersive breathwork experience that will light you up on the inside - and will last much longer than a midnight secret snack candy high ;)


An evening (or morning depending where you are in the world) that will leave you deeply fulfilled, energised and connected - to yourself and your global family. 


Come as you are - all of you is welcome. 


We will move our physical bodies to release and unwind unhealthy patterns and behaviours to come to a place of calm and relaxation in our being.


We will move through our emotional gunk and liberate the heaviness holding us down - creating space for joy, flow, harmony and peace.


We will connect with our essence, the very soul of our being and create a deep lasting connection with our selves, to fuel our creative and purposeful endeavours. 


We will connect with our hearts and each other, letting go of old stories that hold us back, and step forward together to create a new bright future.

The session will be hosted on Zoom.


We begin at 7pm UK time sharp and the session will last for approximately 2h 22mins.


Check your time zone here. (PST 11am / EST 2pm / CET 8pm / Syd 6am)


Due to the nature of the event there will not be a replay.



HOW TO PREPARE


After you make your purchase, you will receive the Zoom link via email on Friday 4th Dec, 2 hours before the event is due to begin.






  • How to PREPARE for the session:






  • Make a note in your diary so you don't forget!






  • Download a copy of Zoom (zoom.us) to your laptop or smartphone.






  • Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed.






  • Wear loose comfortable clothing and clear some space so that you can move around.






  • Sessions will include breathwork. If so, ideally you will be lying down and visible to the facilitators on your video screen. The equipment you may like to include for your session - blanket, pillow, tissues, water, journal & pen etc






  • Check you have a strong internet connection in order to get the best out of the experience.






  • Use a good quality set of headphones or speakers to ensure you can hear the session.






  • We recommend avoiding alcohol, caffeine or a heavy meal before the session.

About the Organisers

Philippa Wilkin - Transformational Coach and Breathwork Facilitator

Born and bred in the English countryside, Philippa is a corporate escapee, life explorer and breathwork facilitator. Her existential crisis led to a path of self exploration, deciding to quit 'normal life' in 2014 and break out of the ‘small beige box’ she found herself in to discover her true purpose. Living in Brazil was the perfect antidote to her western conditioning and provided the space to explore and train in Transformational Breath®, a style of therapeutic breathwork. She is the founder of Breathworks, a coach and retreat leader, and travels the world empowering people to use conscious breathing techniques to achieve their greatest potential.

How to prepare and what to wear


The workshop will include movement and during the breathwork session itself you will be lying down. Please wear loose, comfortable, unrestrictive clothing and if possible have a yoga mat (or space to move) and bottle of water with you. You may also like to have a journal take notes.

Note - We highly recommend avoiding caffeine, alcohol, cigarettes or a heavy meal before and after the workshop.

What is breathwork?

There are many different ways to work with the breath and it's the most important relationship you'll have during your lifetime. Afterall, breath = life. It's the first and last thing you'll ever do. By consciously paying attention to, and changing the way you breathe you can gain insights to your patterns of behaviour, identify and resolve hidden trauma and make meaningful changes in your life.

We will share with you various breathwork techniques, and for the main session we will be using a conscious connected diaphragmatic breath. It's a safe, gentle, yet simple technique that helps you open up the full potential your breathing system for better physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Benefits can include increased energy, improved detoxification, better immune response and increased ability to deal with the stresses of daily life.
