It never ceases to amaze me that the majority of people are totally unaware of the power that lies within their own body. Your body is a healing machine - always striving for health - regardless of what efforts you are making to support it (or not…)!
Breathwork is a portal in which you can dive deep into yourself and exorcise the bad habits and toxic waste that have accumulated over time, in order to feel lighter and more energised.
Imagine if you never, ever washed your car. In 20 years what do you think it would look like? Pretty disgusting I reckon!
The same goes for your emotional health. If you always bury your emotions and squash them down, eventually you’re going to overload the system - either becoming emotionally constipated (as I was) or melt down in an absolute shit show. Nobody wants to see that.
I’m happy to share that there’s another, more elegant and peaceful way. Learn to work with your breath and resolve blocks and limitations whenever you like. Whether they are physical, mental or emotional. Simply put, it’s as natural as, well, breathing!

During our time together we will explore different themes working with conscious connected breathing to eliminate the crud so you can experience true health and vitality. The good news? It’s literally a breath or two away - no holiday suitcase packing required!
Each week there will be TWO live guided group breathwork sessions lasting up to 90 minutes each, giving 8 journeys in total during this epic life changing time together. Calls will be hosted via Zoom and sessions will be recorded.

This is a live course, and I highly encourage you to join all of the sessions. However if you can’t make them all, don’t worry - recordings will be available for up to 7 days after the live session ends.
This is intentional as I highly encourage you to keep pace with the live sessions - because this will ensure you get the most out of the course. If nobody is holding you accountable, you probably won’t do the work required, let’s be honest now ;) I actually want you to have epic results, how about that!
In addition to the 2x per week live sessions there will be a closed Facebook Group where you can connect with epic likeminded humans from all around the world who are on the same journey!

About the organiser:
Philippa Wilkin - Transformational Coach and Breathwork Facilitator Born and bred in the English countryside, Philippa is a corporate escapee, life explorer and breathwork facilitator. Her existential crisis led to a path of self exploration, deciding to quit 'normal life' in 2014 and break out of the ‘small beige box’ she found herself in to discover her true purpose. Living in Brazil was the perfect antidote to her western conditioning and provided the space to explore and train in a style of therapeutic breathwork. During the course we will use a style of breathwork referred to as conscious connected breathing. This means we breathe without pausing and journey to a deep inner awareness of ourselves.
