Peace Within Online Breathwork

A guided weekly breathwork session to release heaviness and restore inner harmony.

As a planet and as individuals we are living in a time of great upheaval and change. Every minute of the day brings new challenges and revelations. One of the biggest shifts currently is the new understanding that is beginning to emerge around trauma and emotional suppression and the negative impacts this has on our health, vitality and sense of fulfilment in life.

Much of the time we spend busy, running from task to task without any real thought of why or what we are doing. We have little time for us and to contemplate if what we are doing makes sense, and even less time to consider what we truly want from life.

Often we are disconnected from what we truly feel, living in a state of numbness, or completely overwhelmed with life and not able to cope with it all. I’m here to tell you that a middle ground is possible, where we feel connected and alive, and also able to ride the inevitable waves that life throws at us with trust and grace.

This is where guided breathwork comes in!

The intention for these sessions is to have a dedicated space for you – to unravel, let go and get clear on where you’re going next. To slow down, drop in and clear out the crap that is obscuring the vision and holding you back. To explore the feelings of discomfort and stuckness, greet them as friends, and allow them to pass on so that you can move on to bigger and better things.

The answers you seek are always available – and they arise within, in the quiet moments that you often don’t have time for. It is necessary to slow down to speed up. Turn inwards, tune into your desired destination and then move forward from a centered and grounded place.

If you’re ready to explore what’s possible for your one big beautiful life I invite you to join me for a guided breathwork session (or 3!).

During the session I will be guiding you through a style of breathwork referred to as conscious connected breathing. This means we breathe without pausing and journey to a deep inner awareness of ourselves.

The session is suitable for newcomers and those experienced with breathwork and will be held via Zoom (see preparation notes & disclaimer below).

This is a live event and a recording will be provided and available for download for up to 7 days after the session.

How to PREPARE for the session:

Download a copy of Zoom (zoom.us) to your laptop or smartphone.

Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. Ideally you will be lying down and visible to the facilitator on your video screen. The equipment you may like to include for your session – blanket, pillow, tissues, water, journal etc

Check you have a strong internet connection in order to get the best out of the experience.

Use a good quality set of headphones or speakers to ensure you can hear the session.

I recommend avoiding alcohol, caffeine or a heavy meal before the session.

Tell your housemates/family that you may make some sounds during the session and that you’d prefer not to be disturbed.

About the organiser:

Philippa Wilkin – Transformational Coach and Breathwork Facilitator

Born and bred in the English countryside, Philippa is a corporate escapee, life explorer and breathwork facilitator. Her existential crisis led to a path of self exploration, deciding to quit ‘normal life’ in 2014 and break out of the ‘small beige box’ she found herself in to discover her true purpose. Living in Brazil was the perfect antidote to her western conditioning and provided the space to explore and train in a style of therapeutic breathwork. She is the founder of Breathworks, a coach and retreat leader, and travels the world empowering people to use conscious breathing techniques to achieve their greatest potential.


Breathwork can benefit everyone. However breathwork sessions online may not be suitable for you if you have the following conditions:

• Cardiovascular problems

• High or abnormal blood pressure

• History of aneurysms

• Epilepsy or history of seizures

• Anyone on heavy medication

• Severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly psychosis or paranoia

• Bipolar depression

• Osteoporosis

• Recent surgery

• Glaucoma

• Pregnancy

• An active addiction

• Any person with mental illness who isn’t in treatment or lacks adequate support

• Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis

This list is not exhaustive and we generally recommend if you have a question about a condition you may have that is not listed, that you consult a doctor before beginning breathwork.
