Breathe Me Free – Yoga and Breathwork Experience

Join us for an incredible morning of movement, yoga and transformative breathwork!

Katherine and I are delighted to invite you to an amazing, energising and mind expanding experience and the marriage of our two loves – yoga and transformational breathwork!

This 2.5 hour session is designed to be a perfect antidote to the busy treadmill we call modern life – so if you have a mind that runs a million miles an hour and would like to experience truly getting ‘out of your head’, finding peace and re-connecting with your body – this is for you!

Breath is life. Without it we literally would not be here. But most of the time our breathing is inhibited by our modern sedentary lifestyles and dysfuntional breathing patterns.

During the session we will guide you through an opening yoga sequence and then introduce you to the power of breathwork – which is quite literally a magical life changing tool – and the best part? It’s right under your nose!

Breathwork re-connects you to the core of who you are. It helps you understand what is truly important to you, and supports you to become more present with your family and the people you care about. It’s a gateway to understanding your behaviour patterns and beliefs and assists you to make more empowered choices.

During the workshop we’ll also cover:

  • Why breathing is so important to your health and wellbeing
  • Why feeling and releasing your emotions is fundamental to health & fulfilment
  • What conscious connected breathwork is and how to practice it
  • A demonstration of the technique
  • Experience a full conscious connected breathwork session
  • Q&A’s and sharing your experience (not compulsory)
  • A home practice exercise to take away with you

We truly believe breathwork and yoga are some of the most powerful and effective tools for personal empowerment and self-healing.
