Emotional Freedom

And I’m not alone.

Most of the human population feel the same way, they just don’t know it. We live in a world built on fakery, façade and ego. None of it is real. Virtually none of it is true, and certainly not loving.

This is why we are petrified. We are so far removed from the truth that to get even a glimpse of it shakes us to our bones.

The thought of dropping all our defences, of being the full expression of love that we are, is akin to a dream where you go to school naked. We have all had that one. You feel completely exposed, vulnerable and raw. Much like our true nature – pure and innocent.

I don’t blame or judge myself or us. We are dealing with the conditioning that we came into. Wars, conflict, emotional suppression, division, famine, abuse and all manner of destructive inversions. We are doing our best to survive in a chaotic painful world.

I’m beginning to ask the question of how things can be different. How can we be our true selves? How can we sit with our vulnerability and not dissolve into an overwhelmed mess when we open the door to show who we truly are?

Or is that the point?

Perhaps all of these walls we have built are meant to come crumbling down. The destruction is supposed to crack us open to reveal the treasure inside.

There is goodness inside of you. This much I know is true. It’s time to let it come out.

You do however have free will, as do I.

By choosing to be your true self your world will change undeniably, and you might perceive that as a threat. The reality is that whatever is false will drop away. It is likely to be painful, emotional and challenging. This is why I’m terrified.

I know what it means and my human self wants to resist feeling. ANYTHING BUT FEELING. Deep down however, I know that through feeling lies true freedom. Being 100% my true, loving self is freedom. Is peace. Is fulfilment, joy and happiness. This is my desired destination.

The true self wears its heart on its sleeve. It is transparent, loving and kind. It takes action. It celebrates. It does what is right, not what is easy. It lives in honesty and integrity. It loves and cares. It reveals, collaborates and honours life. It dances and shakes. Ultimately it loves, but not as humans currently know love.

That’s why I’m terrified of being my true self. Perhaps you are too?

Because when I love, so totally and freely, when I put myself out in the world for everyone to see and feel, what is going to happen?

Will I be rejected? Judged? Criticised? Humiliated?

Will I be laughed at? Outcast? Ridiculed? Ignored?

The truth is, probably all of those things and more. Because humans don’t know real love. They think they do (I thought I did) but we don’t. This false matrix does not promote love, it inverts and corrupts it. This is why being it is so scary. We don’t know what might happen.

Yet it’s not a valid reason to shy away and hide yourself. What is more painful, not being your true self, or the fear of what others might think if you do?

Fear shouldn’t be the reason not to act. That is cowardice.

Courage takes heart. It requires love. To love beyond the fear and limitation, and to dare to be all of you. In every moment. Starting right now.

It’s not going to be an easy ride, there are bound to be bumps in the road. But it’s the open road to freedom I’m choosing to drive, and not the fear bound dead end society is headed down.

I’m willing to be terrified and do it anyway. How about you?

If you’re ready to feel the fear and do it anyway ask me about my 1:1 Journey – LIBERATION

Sitting in procrastination is not easy. If you’re stubborn like me, you’ll probably distract yourself soooo good, until you’re literally at breaking point, where you FINALLY reach the point of no return…..

And whoosh, as if by magic things start to miraculous flow again. Truth is they never stopped,  you just decided like a petulant child with a point to prove (or a stubborn ego…) to kink the hose and back up the system of your divine expression.

Not once, but multiple times in my lifetime I have done this. Over and over again.

The biggest challenge in my life?

The biggest blessing in my life?

The biggest supporter in my life?

There comes a point when I can’t do it any more, when I want to drop to my knees and give up. Why is this so hard, why can’t I be like other people. What must I ‘do’ to get ‘there’.

Often after throwing a hissy fit of frustration, I drop into silence. I breathe. I pray. God please help me with [insert x].

Inhale. Exhale. A few more times. The feeling rises and falls. The channel is clear. I know what I must do, even if it is scary.

So next time you’re feeling the pressure and don’t know which way to turn….

Close your eyes.
Ask your question.
Offer it up.
Sit in the silence to receive the answer.

Then ACT.

Else otherwise,  what’s the point in switching on the flow if you’re not going to water the garden of your abundance?

Breathe the change you wish to see in the world.

P.S. If you’re ready to switch on your fountain message me about MY 1:1 journey – LIBERATION

I’ve bitten my lip twice in two days. As it just happened again eating breakfast I paused and noticed. It was painful yes, but more than that it was a sign. Literally. Stop biting your lip! It hurts!

Truth is – it does hurt. If you don’t share what’s on your mind it will rot you from the inside out. Slowly but surely, it will eat you alive.

It’s no surprise we hold back. Culturally we have been conditioned to – particularly in the UK. Don’t rock the boat, keep the peace, be nice. All that nonsense. But more than that, we now have cancel culture – where saying something remotely different, or which is interpreted in certain way – automatically turns you into a monster and hunted out of the village with pitchforks… quite literally.

I’ve dabbled with saying what I really think. If you’ve read my writing or seen my videos you probably think I’m quite astute at it. But what if I told you that’s probably 50% of what I think. I’m making that number up but the truth is, even at this point, I’m still not fully unfiltered and raw in sharing my honest thoughts. Why? Good question. The number one thing that stops us all. Fear.

Fear of rejection, being cancelled, being outcast, thought of as crazy, upsetting someone, fear of attack, abandonment, reputational damage, losing friends/family, losing credibility, wanting to keep the peace, fear of confrontation…the list goes on.

What it boils down to is the fear of death – specifically ego death.

I can’t say that because….

They will be upset if….

Just keep it to yourself….

That’s how the story goes. Keep schtum and you’ll be safe. And guess what, the ego likes safety. Loves it! Yet this illusion of safety is eventually what will lead to our downfall. The lack of capacity that the ego (or controlling mind) has to adapt and change. If it had it’s way, everything would be the same and we’d all live happily ever after.

Not going to happen. Wake up.

The tight grip the ego has on us is what is going to lead to our downfall. If we cannot move beyond it, we will deliver our own extinction. Fact. There is no denying that the human race and our planet is in a time of crisis. Go ahead and bury your head in the sand if you like, but the reality is not going away. We are destroying our own habitat, the one we need for our very survival. We have broken systems that we pretend are healthy, which are killing our people and environment. This is the truth. And you biting your lip does nothing to change this fact.

Opening your mouth and saying what you really think, might however.

All those fears? They are illusions. Merely thoughts that come and go, which we can choose to believe or not. It’s up to us.

Sitting gazing at our navels whilst Rome burns is not the answer. Speaking up and taking action for what you believe is right, is.

Leadership is not easy. Whoever said it should be?

True leadership takes courage. It takes grit, determination and the desire for a better future.

It takes standing up and saying what you think even if it’s in opposition to everyone in the room.

It is questioning the narrative when 99.9999% of the population believes it.
It means going against the grain, pissing people off, being judged, ridiculed and laughed at.

It’s being prepared to lose everything you have to stand up for what you truly believe in.

Leadership is the path of the warrior – who is fighting for LIFE.

A better life for all. One where we can thrive and prosper in harmony.

As you know, we are far from this place. The disparities across the globe are great, and the distribution of wealth is piled at the top. Our world is not a just place, and you biting your lip is not going to change that fact.

Saying what you truly believe in however, might.

If you move your personal desires aside for a moment, what deeply matters to you? Pause for a moment and take a breath. If you were alone on a desert island what would you miss most? What is important to you? What fires you?

There is a desire within all of us for a happy healthy life. Where we live in harmony with others and there’s enough to go around. It’s mainly the media marketing machine that has us in the West believe otherwise. It’s all a facade. When you peel it back, every human seeks connection, love and security.

Again the ego is scared of these things. They are risky because we’ve been led to believe that there’s not enough to go around. If we believe that thought then we hoard and stockpile, believing we must fight to survive. Let’s be clear – there is enough food to go around. There is enough money. However it’s not the amounts – it is the distribution that’s the problem. It’s all hoarded and stockpiled by the people at the top. The tech billionaires, secret societies, and high level elite that run the world. Don’t believe me? Take a look around. Where is the money flowing to? Straight to the top with a little bit of a trickle for the little man at the bottom, just enough to keep him working and in check – secure and unquestioning. Running along on the hamster wheel, just getting by and being thankful for the opportunity.

If you thought slavery was abolished in the 1800’s think again. It just changed forms. Mortgages and fancy cars are the invisible shackles that keep the human race enslaved, and moreover, jubilantly happy about it!

We do not live in a free society. Welcome to the Truman Show.

It takes immense courage to think and speak differently in a world which is enslaved to a narrative.

Does that mean you shouldn’t do it? Hell no.

It’s exactly why the world demands that you do it!

If we keep believing the same script, we will keep marching over the edge of the cliff to our ultimate death. One by one, following the person in front, our life force will be extinguished and it will be too late to do anything about it. Blindly following along, failing to question or think for yourself will have detrimental consequences for you and the rest of us.

If someone is beginning to question, to raise their voice in opposition – I beg you to get curious and remain open. Contemplate:

Why does this person think that? What other meaning could it have? How might this apply to me?

Defensiveness is a protection mechanism of ego. It will shut down your capacity to objectively consider the world.

Ignorance is bliss…until it isn’t.

We cannot go on pretending that things will go back to normal. It’s not happening. We are standing on the precipice of a new way of being, literally. It is a painful and necessary process in the evolution of humanity. You can either resist it or pick up tools and get involved as an active component. It’s your choice.

Will you walk blindly over the cliff?

Or are you prepared to stand up, break ranks and lead in a different direction – even if you’re totally on your own?

That is leadership.

If you’ve read this far, that is what you’re here to do.

Changing entire structures and cultures is no easy task. That’s why it’s going to take hundreds, thousands, millions, and billions of people to collectively turn the ship. One person at a time, right where they are now. Right where you are now.

Perhaps the task feels overwhelming, but please rest assured there are many others who wish to right the ship and sail for better horizons. It’s simply a matter of finding them – and the easiest way to do that is stand up and share your truth. Stop biting your lip and saying what you really mean because that’s the only way they’ll be able to hear you and follow your lead.

After all, you’re the leader you’ve been waiting for.

The dust on your forehead is the crown you’ve been searching for your whole damn life.

Now straighten up, get on your soap box and speak as if millions of people all over the world are listening – because they are.

As I sit and reflect what 2020 has been about, one of the key themes for me has been intensity. Earlier today I polished off nearly a whole box of shitty chocolates and as I look down at my dinner, unusually, it’s loaded with flavours and textures I don’t often partake in. All the salty, crunchy indulgent things I haven’t had in quite a while – are all having a party on my plate and my palate. Quite the opposite to the detoxifying ayurvedic diet I’ve been following for the best part of 6 months.

Rather than judge myself as I might have done in the past, I’m curious. What is this telling me? What do I get to learn?

A time for reflection
As I reflect something that comes up strongly is an addiction to intensity, from the strong flavours, to the complete 180 on my diet protocol, I’ve always been someone that alternates between extremes. I pushed the boundaries and sometimes broke them, occasionally with detrimental consequences. Seeking intensity as some kind of reward or feedback for a job well done, or more accurately as rebellion against some effort to control me. A binge and abstain cycle that is certainly not sustainable or healthy.  Well at least I FEEL ALIVE. Can you relate?

I feel this reflects what’s happening in society too. Oh…and add the layer where intensity covers our sensitivity and distracts us from our pain and the truth. Novocaine for the unhappy, unfulfilled potential of the soul….An interesting and dysfunctional cocktail indeed.

Nonetheless this cycle has taught me plenty, the most important aspect being how to find my centre. Often seeking the extremes are a necessary part of that pendulation process, but I recognise more and more that they do not need to be.  Instead they reveal underlying unconscious patterns that are playing out, which have likely been in existence since childhood. It would make sense therefore that chaos and intensity feel incredibly familiar to me, taken one step further I’d say they actually feel normal – like I’m at home.

It’s perhaps ironic and at the same time completely understandable therefore that I’ve had one of the best years in my business so far – in 2020 – a.k.a. the year of the apocalypse. It turns out that I’ve trained my entire lifetime for this moment – to be the calm in the chaos. You could call it my gift.

Living in the soulful flow
But I think I’m finally done with the intensity and the extreme highs and lows my ego craves to feel somehow satisfied. Instead I’m choosing the middle path, where it gets to be flowing and aligned, and led totally by my soul and trust in the divine. I’m ready to surrender completely to the fires of transformation and be reborn once again, in every moment, to the truth of who I am and how I’m here to serve.

Well… after I finish off the rest of this packet of crisps anyhow.

In and of itself that sounds quite intense, and I guess it is, in it’s own way. Dying over again to claim my sovereignty and freedom is an intensity I can vibe with. If it means offering up my precious ego to live a life that’s totally authentic and true to my soul I’m prepared and willing to make the sacrifice every time.

I’m just deciding that the answer doesn’t need to be found on the other side of a mountain of cheese and ready salted crisps! It was however the necessary vehicle for me to write this.

Everything is connected and revealing itself perfectly. There are no mistakes in life, simply opportunities to learn.

We all get the chance to choose again, over and over, in every moment. It’s never too early, and it’s never too late to be your own hero. ‘Ready’ isn’t a verb – it’s a decision you make when your dreams become bigger than your excuses.

Cheers (cheese lol) to the roller coaster ride of 2020. May your 2021 be expansive and joyful in ways you cannot possibly dream to imagine.

Freedom. We all say we want it. Days lazing on the beach, living a laptop lifestyle, having life on our terms. What ever it means for you. But do you really?

I’ve noticed this funny thing with humans (myself included) – we often say we want something and do the exact opposite. We say we want to get in shape, yet fail to do the workout. We would love to change careers, but we don’t expand our education or apply of the new job. We say we want love, but avoid facing the wounds and shadows that keep it at bay. Let’s be honest, we’re a strange bunch.

And so this is an invitation to stop and reflect – where are you saying you want something – but doing the opposite? Where are you sabotaging yourself?

What do you value?
Freedom for example – one of my highest values – comes with a cost. Total freedom = total responsibility. 100% responsibility for your life. Now we run scared. We are accustomed to learned helplessness. You only have to look at the current failed medical model to realise that. If we chose real freedom, and took the according self responsibility – the world would be a much better place.

With great power comes great responsibility. We have the power to change our lives in every moment. To make different decisions, change our habits, adapt our behaviours – to create the outcomes we desire.

Yet, if it was easy then everyone would be doing it. If you want freedom, you also have to choose responsibility. There is no compromise. It means growing up from this childish blame culture in which we fester. It is breaking our human family apart. It’s ruining our lives. It’s stealing our joy and connection. Freedom is a choice, one for the brave of heart. Start small and build up. Rome wasn’t built in a day, hence making a new habit or choice might not come easy at first. However with consistency you will steer your ship in the direction you want to sail.

What’s stopping you?
Many of our self sabotaging patterns are running from our fear mind – attempting to keep us safe. We must take a step back and tune into the monkey mind that is directing our lives and identify the thoughts that don’t serve. Only then can we replace them with a different programme. Most of our habitual thoughts and behaviours come from beliefs that were installed long ago during our childhood. They got absorbed by osmosis in our family of origin and those who were a major influence in our lives. What that means is we are riddled with bad code, the stuff that sends our system haywire the moment we wish to do something that is different to the programme. We end up short circuiting and reverting back to the same old situation. It’s not your fault, but there is something you can do about it.

Moving forward into the life you want.
The Spiral is a process which clears out the old programming of your subconscious mind and provides the opportunity to reprogram your system – so that it is fully functional and serves you! When you clear your old emotional patterns through this process, working with 22 core emotions, your hardware gets upgraded automatically. You now have the freedom to create new programmes (thoughts, beliefs, behaviours) that actually serve you and take you in the direction you desire – whether that’s better relationships, business success, or overall satisfaction and fulfilment. By going though the Spiral you automatically raise your level of consciousness, moving beyond the small fear mind, and gain access to the bigger picture that is your life – one where you’re able to be objective and make decisions that are right for you, instead of being on autopilot from the dysfunctional programming you took on.

When we heal our emotional traumas and dramas we create space for something new. By letting go of the old, we gain freedom and autonomy. No longer running on autopilot, we are conscious of our decisions – we are steering the ship instead of being tossed around in a storm.
You have the tools available for change at your fingertips – the question is whether you’re going to use them.

Breathe the change you wish to see in the world.

What struck me this morning in my meditation practice is how easy it is to get stuck in a rut. To roll out of bed, uploading the same programmes of our identity as the day before. Eat, sleep, workout, have sex, watch Netflix, scroll on socials, whatever else it is that you do on the daily, and repeat. Day in day out. Without stopping to question it for a moment.

Well, I guess that’s the point of meditation.

To question.

To stop your actions mid process and reflect, and see – hey wait a minute, why am I doing this or that? Does it really serve me? Does it make me happy? Am I even consciously aware of the fact that I’m doing it? Where is this actually taking me? Am I present to what is happening here?

And if I’m honest when I step back and reflect, I’m not. Not always present, more in my head, thinking about something from the past or mentally checking what’s in my agenda for the rest of the day. It takes dedication and commitment to bring your attention back to the moment, and be fully living your life in the here and now. No easy task!

Where your energy flows…
I believe the vast majority of us are living in this state, and it’s no surprise when we are societally conditioned to stay asleep. There is so much data coming at us on any given day, our systems are totally overwhelmed. Rather than malfunction, it’s much easier to zone out and carry on with our autopilot. After all some of those functions serve us really well, like being able to drive a car without thinking about it, or walking down the street to the supermarket. If we had to consciously compute those processes each time, there wouldn’t be much bandwidth left for anything else.

However, this canny ability of our subconscious mind and physical body to automatically carry out many functions on our behalf has serious drawbacks. If we are not paying attention, it will literally be hijacked by someone or something else that is skilful at capturing it.

Where your attention goes, your energy flows.

Which direction are you pointing yours in?

Are you consciously deciding where you spend your time, energy and attention? Or are you on autopilot, and unconsciously stuck in a rut which is draining your very life force away?

Where is your focus?
Let me be honest, staying present and focussed in the here and now is a heroic task. One that I believe we can all benefit immensely from. However, in order to do so we must break our addiction to zoning out and running on autopilot. This will not get us where we want to go. Particularly as most of our actions (estimated 90%) are driven by our subconscious mind, which is build almost exclusively from the material and experiences we ingested before the age of seven. Essentially our subconscious, which is running our day to day lives, is like a small child that’s high on candy. Always flitting between a million things, bouncing off the walls and going around in circles. Our programming is running our lives and we are seldom aware of it.

Furthermore the modern landscape of media bombardment takes advantage of our perpetual state of busyness and overwhelm and sneaks in all kinds of subliminal messaging whilst we’re not paying attention.

Case in point – the Hands. Face. Space. latest mantra of the UK government in the handling of the current crisis. You’ve heard it enough times. You know exactly what it means. That’s precisely how brainwashing works. When you repeat something over and over, it sinks into your subconscious and becomes part of the programme. This is precisely why I avoid absorbing media, you simply don’t know where it’s been 😉

Our subconscious mind provides a fertile soil for thoughts and ideas to grow. However when it is continually polluted with untruths, or old, negative and outdated beliefs, it can turn into an overgrown dangerous jungle which houses critters at every turn.

Instead of cultivating sunflowers, poppies and wild meadows that would make the birds and bees sing, all of a sudden you have the Venus fly trap from the movie Little Shop of Horrors on your hands. Feed me, feed me NOW! As I’ve said before, the minds is a wonderful servant, but a terrible master.

Become the master of your mind
I know it may seem out of reach, but I’m here to remind you that your mind really is within your control. It does however take practice and discipline. You must determine which seeds you wish to plant and nurture. I’d suggest going with those that uplift and nourish you, and not the thoughts that bring you down and cause you to shrink.

The subconscious is also a repository for everyone else thoughts and opinions that you valued at some point in time. Mostly from our parents, but also relatives, school teachers, the mean girl at school etc. All of the thoughts and ideas that you have about yourself reside there too. It’s quite a mishmash of stuff, which is why it’s important to do some garden maintenance and begin pulling some of the weeds up at the roots.
By sitting with your thoughts, whether in meditation, breathwork or journaling for example – you can start to see what is deeper beneath the surface. You’ll begin to notice when you’re speaking to yourself in a negative way, or perhaps some habits that you’re continuing with that don’t actually support your growth.

We have become addicted to autopilot in a world which values convenience over integrity. It’s time to wake up and take the action and decisions that support a sustainable and loving future, as individuals and as a collective.

Breathe the change you wish to see in the world.

Coming to the realisation that life may not be what you perceive is a harsh reality to deal with.

When the world you cherish and hold onto as fact starts to disintegrate before your very eyes, it’s incredibly painful.  All your hopes, dreams and expectations are thrown into disarray. You don’t know who or what to believe anymore. You might even think you’re going mad. And in a way you are, but instead of going mad, you’re actually releasing the grip madness has upon you.

This collective dream is not what it seems. Attempt to perpetuate it all you like, but it’s fast becoming like sand running through your fingers. The tighter you grip, the faster it slides away to scatter on the ground. Living in a house of cards has risks. When the wind blows, all known structures come crumbling down because they were built on illusory foundations.

Many of our societal systems are built on such foundations. They are a house of cards, and attempting to save the flop is going to wipe you out. Instead it’s time to go within. Commit to the truth of yourself, who and what you really are. It’s a time to go deep inside and cultivate the seeds of truth for yourself. If you’re not sure where to begin, start exactly where you are.

Take a breath. Get curious. Ask questions. Then sit in the silence and listen. Not to all the external sensationalism that seeks to addict you to pain and suffering, but the whisper within. The voice of your soul that has been long distant but never forgotten. Therein lie your answers, and most importantly your peace. From the deep rooting in your essence no harm can come to you. Rest on the earth and feel her support. You are being guided back home, to yourself.

Waking up is painful, but you don’t have to suffer. Instead align to the flow of what you’re being shown and guided towards. Release your grief and sadness and return to the sacred vessel of your beating heart. Release the need to know or be right. In open curiosity the answers will become clear and peace will return.

Breathe the change you wish to see in the world.

My guess is that if you stop scrolling long enough to read this, you might be feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed or exhausted. With everything going on in the world today it’s not much of a surprise.

However it doesn’t have to stay that way. The warning signals from your body are actually seeking your attention – so that you can learn something – how to gain mastery over your emotional state.

If this is you – and you’re overriding the signs that you’re overdoing it – it’s time to pause and reflect (not beat yourself up). Unfortunately this is not something that you’ll find on the school curriculum but it definitely should be (watch this space…)

Modern society is fixated on the GO GO GO approach, so taking your time – and a deep breath are not in our modern vocabulary. Until… it’s too late and you’re on the verge of a mental, emotional or physical burn out. Emotional clearing is a way of finding out what mental and emotional patterns are running beneath the surface – the stories that keep you in unhealthy behaviours and thoughts. When you know what’s running you at a subconscious level – you have the power to change it for the better.

That’s what emotional clearing is and that’s why you should care.

Because it will change your life for the better. It gives you the tools to drop the baggage and lighten the load. And who wouldn’t want that?

Breathe the change you wish to see in the world.

Have you noticed how traumatised we all are? Look around. Fear. Masks. Judgement. Hysteria. If this isn’t a highly traumatised society I don’t know what is.

Let’s get real for a minute. We are at the beginnings of a deep and painful healing process. Your world. Your society. Your family.

It’s a healing process we don’t even know we need because we’ve been programmed so deeply to believe that everything is functional just the way it is.

Human trafficking. Racism. Poisoned food. Profit above everything. Does anything about that sound healthy to you?

Disconnection. Nihilism. Co-dependency. Tribalism. FEAR.

Not a cocktail I’d like to drink but it’s being pumped into your system 24/7 by the existing media paradigm and societal ‘normalities’. Far from normal. A long way off healthy.

So what’s the solution?

First, turn off the TV. Nothing coming through the traditional media channels is going to make you feel any better or assure you. Consuming it will just lead you to a black hole of despair and contraction. The exact opposite of what makes your immune system healthy and strong. Be highly aware of what you are consuming on social media or from anyone in your circle. Nobody has all the ‘facts’ (if such a thing exists) and the only way you are going to know what is right for you – is by connecting to YOU. That’s not possible if there’s continual interference. Right now you might not feel like meditating or going to the gym but I can hands-down guarantee you’ll feel a million times better for it.

Whilst you’re being mindful of what you consume, be mindful of what you put out. Nasty media posts, criticism and judgement of others isn’t going to solve this situation, only make it worse by feeding the feelings of separation, tribalism and isolation.

This is the biggest part – if you feel emotionally triggered, either by the shituation* you are in personally, or by someone else’s words, actions or the audacity to breathe without a mask covering their face – STOP. Don’t move. Don’t react. Get still.

Be guided by how you feel

This is what everyone needs to learn. Your emotions are just telling you stuff. It’s not about the other person. It’s about how you feel inside and how you interpret those feelings. The beauty of this is that you also have the tool to resolve your emotional activation – but most people don’t realise it – because it’s not taught in schools – and it’s even poo-pooed as being some woo woo stuff. Well, how about this.

Lets start with a breath

Instead of dropping bombs on each other, blowing stuff out of proportion and making our nervous systems go haywire – we drop BREATHS. Lot’s of them. DEEP BELLY BREATHS. Into the core of your being.

You want to resolve that emotional wound?  Breathe.
Change how you feel inside?  Breathe.
Create more abundance in your life?  Breathe.
Love yourself more?  Breathe.

Basically, you get the picture. It comes back to the simple thing every time. Your breath is your superpower, should you choose to engage with it. In a couple of minutes, you can take yourself from suped-up nervous Nina to chilled out Cathy – if you weren’t so fixated on someones outrageous internet opinion. Stick to your own lane, use your own breath.

Here’s how:

  • Find a comfortable position
  • Close your eyes
  • Breathe in through your nose for a count of 4
  • Hold your breath for a count of 7
  • Breathe out through your mouth for a count of 8
  • Repeat 4 times

If you don’t feel 100000% times better, then I’ll eat my hat. That’s how easy it can be if you take a moment to think for yourself. You’re in control of your mind and body, now it’s time you acted like it.

If you know you’ve got more emotional gunk in your system to deal with – then I’m your woman.

Tried everything? Good. You probably haven’t tried this.

You probably won’t. But if you do? It will change your life, and you’ll be free once and for all.

Let’s just say there’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes in my life that I don’t often share. I feel like that goes for the rest of the population – we’re so busy saving face and attempting to look all pretty and perfect on the outside that we fail to recognise were dying on the inside. A slow and painful death that is the result of not unleashing what we are truly here to do, and who we are really here to be.

Anyway I digress – so back to the headline. I expect you’re literally dying to know what all this is about!

Well these are on my to-do list this week. My personal development journey never stops, I just don’t always publish what I get up to, and maybe you’ll find out if you’re a client of mine, or maybe you won’t. But today I wanted to share this as a recognition that the work takes work. One of my highest values is learning – and I’ll scrape together and integrate all kinds of weird and wonderful practices and insights for the constant improvement in my clients results.

Hence this week 100k months, a fake penis and a call with the wizard in my pocket. And that’s just for starters. Let’s go with the first one – and probably most contentious or triggering. We all have issues with money – and the majority of these stem from lack of self worth and societal conditioning about what money IS and what money MEANS. You know all those beliefs – like rich people are assholes – or that – money doesn’t grow on trees? Well they’re not actually true. Unless you believe them to be true.

So I’m stretching myself with one of my mentors – upgrading my own wealth hardware to bring more abundance in my life – so my clients get to do that too – and the best bit? It’s automatic and by osmosis.

You are the result of the five people you spend the most time with

So I’ll be filling my time and consciousness with the wisdom of someone who has made multiple millions online ONLY from soul and flow. If you want to upgrade your game I suggest you do something similar – whatever the goal – get into the circle or energy of someone who already has it.

Make your life easier, not harder.

Pain is guaranteed in life, suffering is optional. Be smart about where you spend your time and energy because ultimately this is an investment in yourself and you get what you pay for.

The next one – a fake penis.

A little more left field and potentially more interesting. And for the perverts at the back, I know this is what attracted you to read thus far 😉 I’m currently journeying the archetype of the ‘dark masculine’ which when imbalanced is what typically represents the evil acts that exist in the world. Things such as rape, destruction, and violence are the product of deep pain, grief and sadness. It’s difficult to understand or see this on the surface, but when you look closer and journey deep within yourself, you will understand this is true.

I decided to dive into this exploration to cease externalising my projections onto the masculine (and/or men) so that I can become more whole within myself. In addition understanding men from a different perspective gives me more tools as a facilitator and mentor to journey the deepest places that require love and attention.

So that’s why I’ll be making a fake penis and probably wearing it around the house at some point, so that I have a more embodied awareness of this energy. (yes – it’s this weeks homework….) Now you might think I’m downright crazy, in which case you’d definitely be correct, however I live and breathe what I teach – and I’m prepared to do what others will not – to become more human and understanding of the opposite sex. So that we can create more love and harmony on this planet, instead of separation and destruction.

Perhaps wearing a banana down your pants seems really weird, but I’m in for a penny, in for a pound. Plus – extra fruit for your morning smoothie 😉

Last but not least…the wizard in my pocket.

Coming back to the first point – be in the energy of the people who are doing/have what you want. I want more money and magic which is what Dane Tomas has. So I decided to join his most recent (not so secret) society to get an upgrade in my consciousness, ability to create my reality and hone my emotional clearing tools. Oh and work on purchasing a house/land outright next year. No pressure then. So I’m looking forward to having this wizard on speed dial.

When the house comes good, I’ll invite you round for some kind of weird shamanic initiation ritual – or maybe just some cheese and wine.

So that’s just the start of my week – not to mention the NLP course I’m studying, the ayurvedic detox I’m starting or the million and one other things going on. Nothing to see here!

What are you doing this week?

I’d love to know!

Breathe the change you wish to see in the world.
